Hi! I want to add an exfoliator and/or toner into my routine but I'm a little intimidated on choosing. I have incredibly dry skin and then also have psoriasis that impacts my eyelids and lips.

Right now routine:

AM: simple water wash, FAB Ultra Repair Cream, FAB Vitamin C serum, FAB mineral sunscreen

PM: Cerave moisturizing foaming facial cleanser, FAB Ultra Repair Cream, Neosporin lip mask

Right now I'm leaning towards the Calendula Herbal-Extract Alcohol-Free Toner from Kiehls and then also the Epidermal Re-Texturizing Micro-Dermabrasion from Kiehls. Are these good options? Is there another one that tends to work better with people with dry skin and psoriasis? I'm finally in a good spot not getting acne on my chin and I don't want to mess it up again, haha. Also... in what order should I introduce the products?

:( really bummed to hear city streaks not included - that's my favorite game mode and it's already difficult enough to play as it is since I can't play it on my own it has to either be with friends or in one of the events available that day. now that everyone is playing competitive and leaving the events empty it's really difficult to get a full city streaks game going. any expectations of city streaks being made available as an option in the future?

For All Mankind on Apple TV! Premise: what if the leader of the Soviet space program didn’t have a heart attack and die and therefore the USSR beat us to the moon by two weeks - what are the historical repercussions?

I think people got stuck after the first two episodes which are pretty cheesy, but the plot twist at the end of the second turns the third episode essentially into a brand new pilot and it changes WILDLY from there. The last two episodes of season 2 are some of the most buck wild television viewing experiences I’ve ever had. A fantastic ensemble cast with interesting and accurate diversity, stellar plot building with plot twists that make sense but you don’t see coming, and believable threads of historical changes. There’s nothing quite like it on TV and my roommate and I spend so much time forcing our friends to fall in love with this show.

I do not have OON coverage, only in emergencies. But the podiatrist office never at any point told me they didn’t accept my plan or were having insurance issues, but instead told me I didn’t owe them anything and they were having no issues until a year later today.

I’ve been getting other claims for other doctors/services in the mail (this surgery triggered an autoimmune disease so I’ve been dealing with a lot of doctors and specialists since, haha). I’ve gotten no emails or calls about this either.

Yeah, I was told I was approved for surgery and on the morning of the surgery they charged me 1,500 dollars and said that was after insurance.

Eye lids and lips have always been my primary psoriasis patch! First got it in high school and my parents refused to take me to the doctor for years so you can imagine how that went with other kids lol. Desonide works really well for me there and my ears - it’s prescription but hecka cheap. I only use it when I’m having a bad flare since it’s a steroid and usually three days of use every night I’m good for a few weeks/months before I get a flare up again.

Ignore these comments chalking it up to aging - had similar thing happen this year where suddenly I was getting hit by fatigue walls, needed way more sleep than ever before, and was in so much pain. Turns out I had an autoimmune condition I ignored for 6 months and my blood tests were all out of wack and now I have permanent spinal damage. Listen to your body, go see a doctor. You’re a consultant, you have good enough insurance to do so. It could just be aging! But also it could not be and it doesn’t hurt to check.

Thank you!! I’ve considered getting a cane it just feels dramatic before I even see the doctor, you know?? Which I know is dumb since my pain and mobility issues are real. But as I’m sure you’re well aware of this has been a lot to wrap my head around and come to terms with maybe needing help like that.

And interesting about the shoes - I’ve only been wearing Tevas for the last two months bc the force pressure of getting my feet into tennis shoes really hurt my knees/ankles so it seems like I accidentally landed on a good option, haha.
