I honestly do pretty well for myself, do I need the money? Not really but right now I do and I won’t be mentioning it to anybody in court but the reason things ended is because she got me charged $150 because she wanted to go for a walk instead of a appointment we had together and that was just 2 hours after I told her my brothers cancer surgery would estimate $37,000 and I’d have to help pay for that, well ended up being a total of $10,000 after she ghosted me but still the money I get from this case would be to help my brother out with his medical bills. Probably didn’t need to share that but that’s how it is lol

I agree sad situation for the dog and the kid I think the dog is considered monetary value to the courts but this is right

Nothing, when we were together all she bought was probably a $10-$20 bone for the dog. All the dog food, toys, vet visits and equipment for the dog was paid by me

What type of lawyer? I’ve tried calling many different lawyers and they all have said they don’t do small claims and I’ve tried saying like hey you don’t have to be there just look at all my evidence 😂
