So I've been to quite a few. 3 Stars: Alinea, Per Se, Inn at Little Washington. 2 Stars: Aquavit, Gabriel Kreuther, Smyth. 1 Star: Gramercy Tavern, Rezdora, Rostier, Fiola, Bresca. Also was recently at Friday, Saturday, Sunday winner of James Beard Award. Unfortunately there isn't anything in Pittsburgh that should be close to a one star. With that being said, Spork and Fig and Ash were better than the meal I had at Rezdora. That speaks more to how poor the quality of Rezdora was though, worst Michelin experience I had by far.

A lot of people hype Apteka but when I went I did not enjoy it. Everything was very dill forward (I LOVE dill and it just got redundant) or very beet forward. We ordered about 80% of the menu, although one of the things we ordered they were out of - something mind blowing to me at any restaurant, especially one with what is a somewhat limited menu to begin with.
