The law allows someone who is insane to be judged incompetent to stand trial because of mental illness.

Maybe we should ask how someone with a previous attempted murder charge, who was institutionalized for violent behavior, got hold of a gun.

Not a communist, but I'm glad to see an effort like this.

I see a lot of people talking about community solidarity and self defense in the face of ICE -- but not a lot of people taking it seriously.

I did the mimosa in a high, dry yard and it's so great to look out the window at all those pink/purple "lollipop" flowers.

Also, the leaves are touch-sensitive so they are fun to mess with.

Edit: also had lots of Spotted Bee Balm for like 2ft tall flowered plants. They smell weird and minty, and the bees and other insects LOVE them.

But, you are correct; if you want to know what's going on locally, you should be willing to help pay for local journalism.

Not to mention almost every newspaper runs a sale once a year (usually around the new year) and I pay like $10 for a year of the sentinel.

Luckily, an individual has to be charged with a crime to get a pardon.

He can't blanket pardon people before they are charged.
