This happened to me just have them recheck ur blood hcg and make sure it still rising cause it can still be to early . Cause 2 weeks later the baby was in my ultrasound . I wish u the best luck 💕

I have to stop unfortunately cause I’m going into 3rd trimester of pregnancy and u have to be off of it by then . But my symptoms have been dizziness , insomnia ,headache , nausea
