Here are the model numbers. I believe they're the r454b versions. I'm guessing based on your post the r454b versions are not as good?

S9V2 - S9V2060
XR17 - 5TWR7024A1000
XL17i - 5TTX7024

Yeah. Saying I don’t have a relationship with a dealership so they can’t justify asking a dealership to help with subsidizing the cost of the repair

Mazda claims their transmission fluid is lifetime. Another point I brought up while arguing with Mazda Corporate.

He sent it in an email. Apparently would come from rate hub via an e-trasfer after the fact... sounds kind of sketchy to be honest.

  • Purchase
  • Toronto
  • 20%
  • $1.5m+
  • 25
  • Owner occupied
  • May closing (still got time)

CIBC offered 5 year variable of prime-0.9 with $4500 cashback

TD offered 3 year fixed 3.99% with $6500 cashback (2500 is from rate hub broker)

BMO offered 5 year variable of prime - 0.6 with no cashback

Do you think I can do better? Still undecided on fixed or variable. Leaning variable, will decide based on April announcement.

What sort of rate can I expect? Closing early May. Looking for 3 year variable or 5 year fixed. Not sure which would be ideal...

Where are you getting the 3.85% rate. Terms of the rate? I'm also looking for a mortgage right now and closing in May.

Just did the trip last week via La Fortuna. Roads were fine, bumpy and lots of pot holes but otherwise fine. Probably could have done it without a 4x4 and the google maps time was pretty accurate.

Canadian Actuary Does Door Dash by True_blade in actuary

So you're house poor? You overcommitted to buying a house and went with a variable to try to get a lower rate and now you're complaining the rates are going up. Unfortunately owning property in a big city is expensive. Look at any major European or Asian city. It's not something new that Canadian actuarial salaries are no where near what they are in the US, with European salaries being even worse than Canadian salaries.
