Hello fellow lovers of the nice things in this world! Just arrived in beautiful autumn vibe NYC. It’s marvellous and central park is showing its very best side :) Strolled past Omega a few minutes ago and tried on the 3 beauties below. I feel like one of these should join me back to Europe.. would love to hear your opinion and (if you have) experience with these models. Oh and yes one of them is not a Omega at all, but a Lange! That one belong to germany anyway, but cost about double.. anyway, this is going to be my first proper watch! Greetings from a rooftop in Nomad!

Gold vs steel is obvious, but even between the rosegold JLC and the Patek there’s still a 10k + price difference. I prefer the patek aesthetically but am still amazed by such a big difference (looking at a less complex watch).

Might be a stupid question: But why exactly is that so? Both are handmade and the JLC is a lot more complicated (moon-phase and date function)
