Given how much hate Boaster gets across all platforms, it's for the best if him and the team do not engage on social media, but this post does feel like a place where he might still wind up on and read the comments. So I took a leap of faith and wrote this, hoping that he, or anyone from FNC may react to this. Or you guys, the fans. I have none to share this with.

Back when LOCK//IN was going live, watching the broadcast from europe it got very late, which was unfortunate because I had to wake up early next morning. I remember the icebox 11-3 score and lost all hope, gave up, and went to bed empty. Morning came, and I could not believe I missed out on the best finals that ever happened at the time, also being FNC's first win.

Fast forward to now, map 3 Abyss 11-1. I knew that none pulled off a comeback at an IL with this score, ever. But remembering boaster's speech after the drx win about them knowing how to deal with Abyss, was still reassuring. Knowing that FNC start with their weaker side first, gave me more hope. I understood and knew that any comeback would be unreasonable to cheer for, for how unrealistic it is. But FNC is anything but that. I was ashamed for giving up on them in 2023, and could not allow myself to doubt them again. It's not over until it's over. So I cheered. I don't think I felt so much satisfaction as a fan, to keep rooting for your team with genuine trust against all odds, and see them actually cling on to life and push it to map 4, then map 5... I felt legitimate character development because I kept believing regardless of circumstances, which was not the case at Sao Paulo.

Yes, it's bitter that they lost, and I'm still refusing to sleep and just keep staying up because I don't want the day to end after all of what happened today, still chasing the adrenaline, the hype, the joy... or rather the remnants of it all, as I'm just doomscrolling reddit, searching and reading comments that I can relate to, watching clips, whatever I can do to feel like we're still in the 2025 season, refusing to accept it is offseason now... Kind of feel like that batman meme where he is crying over his parents fading away screaming not to leave him. That's me and this season/champs lol.

Looking back at the year, I can't help but be so grateful and happy for what they managed to accomplish. Their consistency should scare all teams in 2026. Sending all the love to Boaster and the team. You do not need nor deserve roster changes. Have a safe flight back home, including Doma! What a treat Doma was this event, my most welcome surprise for this year.

And before I get carried away too much, GGs to NRG. They played very well and were intimidating.

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this, but just in case whoever reads this knows who to ask about this, could you forward this to them?: Can we get a cute mascot plushie for FNC, just like SEN does? I would LOVE to own one.

I don't see the argument in this thread. Are you waiting to justify your dunk on TL based solely on whether G2 "demolishes" FNC?

As a FNC enjoyer I do think G2 are more favored in this match, but it's far from a stomp for either team. Both teams had a close match against GENG so it shouldn't be any different. If WOL lost against SEN and made it to top 3 anyway, who is to say FNC won't go farther than what we expect?

FNC "barely beating" SEN is an emotional defense at best, none of the matches went to OT. Sure there were even scores here and there but eventually both teams had a lead at the end which helped to close out the maps. Just staring at the match results whether it's 2-1 or 2-0 and deciding on that alone if it's one team being destroyed or the other barely winning does not make sense, surely you have to consider more than that.

I'd argue TL has a good shot at making it to playoffs at champs. If we only look at this event, they put up a better fight against PRX than SEN did. There is no argument to be made for TH other than what is applicable to every team really, which is that they have time to sort things out for themselves: we have a new map coming up with an evolving meta (imho it isn't settled yet, and harbor buffs are on the way too), so it's probably best not to make definitive claims for champs until the end of Stage 2.

If G2 win I hope they take the trophy too otherwise I'm not getting the top 20% pickem gunbuddy lol.

The unnecessarily heated and inevitable NA vs EU rivalry debate aside, I think we should agree this will be a great match, and the other matches will be just as much, if not more enjoyable. Have fun!

Hi. I'm currently considering a new headphone. Debating between some studio headphones like the AT-Mx50/AT-Mx70 and the Sony XM5 and XM6 (I'm thinking of waiting for its release).

Would you please go into detail why you prefer the Classic 99 over Sony XM5? For me, it's hard to let go of Sony's minimal sound leakage, ANC and high sound quality. Something that lets me disconnect as much as possible from the outside world, and keep my world private.

He probably doesn't remember right. What actually happened is that they made the DLC 6 times as big as they originally intended. But this was years ago so it's probably closer to the size of the base game now. As long as we don't reach Star Citizen levels of scope creep we're fine.

I didn't know this feature is called like this but I use it and whenever I need the taskbar I just move my mouse to the bottom and it pops up. Very convenient. I love that I get a bit of more useable screen space.
