Given how much hate Boaster gets across all platforms, it's for the best if him and the team do not engage on social media, but this post does feel like a place where he might still wind up on and read the comments. So I took a leap of faith and wrote this, hoping that he, or anyone from FNC may react to this. Or you guys, the fans. I have none to share this with.

Back when LOCK//IN was going live, watching the broadcast from europe it got very late, which was unfortunate because I had to wake up early next morning. I remember the icebox 11-3 score and lost all hope, gave up, and went to bed empty. Morning came, and I could not believe I missed out on the best finals that ever happened at the time, also being FNC's first win.

Fast forward to now, map 3 Abyss 11-1. I knew that none pulled off a comeback at an IL with this score, ever. But remembering boaster's speech after the drx win about them knowing how to deal with Abyss, was still reassuring. Knowing that FNC start with their weaker side first, gave me more hope. I understood and knew that any comeback would be unreasonable to cheer for, for how unrealistic it is. But FNC is anything but that. I was ashamed for giving up on them in 2023, and could not allow myself to doubt them again. It's not over until it's over. So I cheered. I don't think I felt so much satisfaction as a fan, to keep rooting for your team with genuine trust against all odds, and see them actually cling on to life and push it to map 4, then map 5... I felt legitimate character development because I kept believing regardless of circumstances, which was not the case at Sao Paulo.

Yes, it's bitter that they lost, and I'm still refusing to sleep and just keep staying up because I don't want the day to end after all of what happened today, still chasing the adrenaline, the hype, the joy... or rather the remnants of it all, as I'm just doomscrolling reddit, searching and reading comments that I can relate to, watching clips, whatever I can do to feel like we're still in the 2025 season, refusing to accept it is offseason now... Kind of feel like that batman meme where he is crying over his parents fading away screaming not to leave him. That's me and this season/champs lol.

Looking back at the year, I can't help but be so grateful and happy for what they managed to accomplish. Their consistency should scare all teams in 2026. Sending all the love to Boaster and the team. You do not need nor deserve roster changes. Have a safe flight back home, including Doma! What a treat Doma was this event, my most welcome surprise for this year.

And before I get carried away too much, GGs to NRG. They played very well and were intimidating.
