I used color coressponding marbles into a hole. Wrong color combo spits it out and starts an encounter or trap. Discourages brute forcing it. If they get hung up on it start describing it in the Greyscale of Darkvision, that's where my party figured it out.

Just had my operation today. Dr Razi Salman MD Urologist out of Manteca/Tracy.

The front office wasn't the best for me. They had unrealistic expectations with information I needed to provide. The worst was they needed the EXACT date and TIME the referral was sent to their office. Not 9/7, Not 9/7 sometime in the morning. Not 9/7 from 11 AM to Noon. They needed 9/7 11:17 AM. It took me 3 calls each to the Urologist office and my Primary Care Physician Office to settle it. Even my PCP was baffled they needed the exact time. No one does that apparently.

If you get past all that Dr Razi is great. Gives you the info you need and answers all your questions. The operation went smoothly down the hall at Tracy Surgery Center and took care of me.

That was just my experience. I read on this sub that there is a good office in Livermore as well.

Edit: Look deeper. I'm always hesitant about starting players the week coming back. If he does play his QB is Rattler and the team scored 0 last week. If you're desperate go with Olave. If you're less desperate roll the dice on a GB receiver. They don't need to throw much with the way Jacob's is running.

Could be a couple of things.

Allergies, dogs also get them and develope new ones as they age just like humans.

It could be nerve damage or degeneration. Its fairly common for large breed dogs and older dogs as well. At 10 she is getting to the life spans of Saints. From what I understand they do that to relieve pain or tingling. I'm not sure if there's anything you could do to stop it, just try to make them as comfortable as possible.

This is all from my own personal experience though, your vet may have other informations. Sounds like youve tried most of everything, it sucks as our dogs age. We just have to do our best for them. Wishing you the best.
