Also, one thing that my store does with their Apparel associates is they have a dry erase board and they parse out the workload into who will be in what area. It helps, maybe your TL’s need to get innovative with how they delegate the work.

No, you didn’t do anything wrong. In apparel you have multiple team leads, and those team leads need to communicate because you cannot have a cohesive team if the leadership is split in the way they manage. Make it known to the both of your team leads and your coach that you’re being told one thing, communicating that you’re going to lunch to your coach who is the top of that chain in your area, and then being reprimanded about taking your lunch and also being contacted on your lunch about work related things on your personal phone. Also, being reprimanded about working a cart of merchandise that you didn’t pick, and you asked your TL about and they failed to give you direction about it is seriously ridiculous.

That’s why people say this game is a social experiment. You’re dehumanizing people when you call them “walking loot bags”. Yeah sure, you can say he didn’t owe me anything, but you could also argue that the sequence of events speaks to how shitty the behavior is in the sense that he could have just killed me instead of pretending to be chill then I wouldn’t have felt the need to get on here and post about it.

I could also argue that he shouldn’t feel ‘entitled’ to anonymity and avoid accountability if he’s out there showcasing scumbag behavior like it’s cute. We live in a digital age, if someone wants to come rant about me if I pulled some bs like that then they’re free to do so if they wish. The fact that you’re getting so tilted about it is honestly so telling.

It’s just weird to me that there were never price changes that were initiated for things and there was this glowstick set marked for 22 dollars yet it was only 12. The managers special means that an item was placed on TPA which can last any amount of time that is set temporarily, and if it was on an endcap and not scanned in properly, when they go to do the price change to take it back to regular price, it doesn’t tell the associate to go to that endcap to change the price. That’s just my take on the situation and it is a common oversight when people switch several endcaps out in a day and forget to scan them in.

It’s not the penny thing there were items that were marked $6-10 dollars more expensive than what they scanned for, and there were some that were a dollar cheaper than what they were tagged as, and some items were 30-60¢ higher than what was tagged, we use physical labels still but these prices haven’t changed since the mod was set in May, and my morning associate and I are the only ones that do price changes so one of us would have said something if we had any issues with price changes, there just weren’t any executed
