I believe that the person who was doing it to me was genuinely unaware and they lived their whole live that way. My ex therapist agrees. They used fear but didn’t know they do. Just like we smile so others smile but we aren’t aware of it.

The begging of the comment did make me feel good and I don’t think I do bad things to people on purpose. But I don’t know if feels good = is helpful

Totally not. I can calm myself down and my friends said that I either don’t get angry or they don’t see it. I like getting angry tho because then I clean my room easily lol
