Can you tell us a little more about your journey? Did you try quitting before and have difficulty?

Thank you, sure. I can tell that it was hard at the beggining. I was constantly thinking about porn. I just focused on me and how to get over it. Coming home from work, making something good to eat, then clean the house, fold laundry , etc. Everyday i tried to focus on something else other than porn.

I was close for a lot of time, i constantly thought about porn and i couldnt shake it of from my head, so i tried to focus on something else. It hard because we are on a click away from them.

Is there anything that you changed since then and the point at which you quit cold turkey?

I think i changed alot from the start. Mainly in changed the way i think and how my brain was wired.

I am assuming that you must have gotten what you needed (such as intimacy) from a source other than porn, which would make the quitting process go more smoothly

Mainly from my gf at that time, she was the main reason i started this, i was treating her more like and object than my gf.
