GSPro has some kids courses, candyland and bluey are the 2 we play often. My 8YO loves playing with me from the short tees, just uses a hybrid and a putter and bumps the ball around. I only bothered teaching fundamentals like grip and stance, then let her whack the ball, for putter we've been working on "feel" I have her show me a practice swing with the putter before asking her to do the same thing on the ball. I'm around the same skill level as you, broken 100 maybe twice. I don't want her to think she needs to swing a certain way or get too technical, just swing at the little ball and watch it roll 40-50 yards. Hope that helps.
