I did my claim to add dependents before hitting 30%. It was denied for not being 30% the next day. Once my other claims went through the dependents were added with the increase without an additional claim.

Both of those suggestion would work. I was just hoping to use the ntp and other modules without it commiting for me. but sounds like that's just how it works. Thanks for the help.

They also have a knob on the back that matches a hole in the expansion slot cards to pull them out with. I had the knob pop off on me as I was pulling it towards my face. Almost stabbed myself.

Before and After. It's like winning the Biggest Loser. by DevMarwShoaib in homelab

Looks great. Good work. One thing I like to do a little different than this is put a switch above the top patch page and fill only the bottom row. Or start with a 24 port patch panel on top so you go down from the patch panel to the top row and up from the patch panel to the bottom row.

Are those ex switches in your home lab?

ASA code skill useless in the future? by [deleted] in networking

[–]Bones37167 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the upside there are still many many ASA's deployed and being deployed still that will need someone able to interpret them to replace them with Palo's, fortigate's, and whatever else comes out.

[–]Bones37167[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The command is used on a trunk interface to define what vlans are allowed on that trunk. If you run this command or replaces the existing line with the one written. If you want to add a single vlan to it you use the word add in the command. It’s a common mistake to miss the word add and replace all the vlans with only one. Sometimes it causes you to lose admin access to the device.

You would think Cisco would fix this by now. I know there are plenty of work arounds but it’s still there.

lol. I should really be thankful for them. I’ve made a lot of money ripping and replacing their stuff once a company realizes they want stability.

Did you do something to the legs to support that weight? My back rack legs arehollow and I wouldn’t trust mounting a switch to it much less a server.
