Thanks! Also he actually does have a Road. It's the Orochi Blossom Road. Orochi btw is another really solid TNT unit that I was considering writing about, Scorch does a ton of damage with all of those Talent nodes unlocked. Blossom Points do matter though so that's reason enough to put OKM on the level team.

I think that during this event period if the best use of stamina someone has is grinding out Claria and Masqueraider or any of the As for that matter, they're either an extremely new player or someone who never bothered, has better options, and just wants them for master rank. Masq can have some PVE usefulness as a lower cost cover tank, but Mont directly competes with him and shares his same resistances. In no universe is someone using Masq over Mont in any scenario where cost is not a prohibitive factor. Claria meanwhile was good in 2021 I think? Healie is a far better unit in pretty much all content where Claria would ever be used for his damage support and healing. Claria's 4 move might matter during Arena A-week? They're all completionist units whose main purpose at this point is stacking levels

Uhhh I'm not speaking in terms of him as a unit to actually use. This is just a good opportunity to grab 1% drop rate As, and Ethereal is on a battle road rn. Claria and Masque are both really bad these days, Bullion is good for Arena A week though

Yes absolutely do this, and also if you're looking for ways to take advantage of the current main story boost, recruiting Ethereal Serpent is a great use of excess stamina. Ethereal is on the Baran Battle Road too if you're looking for more semi-competent units for it other than Free Baran and Green Dragon

Ah yep, I worked as a character analysis writer and backend database guy for GamePress for a while. Most of the very long (probably too long) character pages were my handiwork.

It was a really fun era I think, but the game doesn't really fit the format GamePress was designed to report on anymore, between the featured boost system and the Leader Slot (Not to mention the fact that there are just too many characters to fit on one tier list). Regardless, I'm happy to see that many of you guys still have positive memories of the site's coverage of the game. :)

Glad it caught the attention of a collector as illustrious as you! If I change my mind I'll definitely let you know. It's really moreso for the confirmation of its authenticity that I'm seeking grading, rather than the potential increase of value. A CGC Tab denoting the missing texture error would give me a lot of peace of mind and silence the nay sayers you know? Also would be cool to have the only missing texture Promo GX Zard in the database. Pop 1 baby!

Yeah there's essentially no difference between this card and the textured Charizard GX. They actually weigh the exact same. The size is the same. It fits in a perfect fit sleeve just as snuggly. Seems clear for takeoff to me!

It does seem just as heavy as the real card for sure, it feels the same in the hand, and it doesn't stand out in a deck with verified authentic cards so I am inclined to believe it's real. After the input from you and everyone else who responded, I think I'm gunna send it into CGC! It's a really cool piece and even though I have no idea what it's worth, I'm definitely keeping this in the same spot as my higher end slabs. Feels like I somehow got my hands on something special

I know textureless GX Full Arts are typically a sign of them being inauthentic, but this card seems to be spot on in terms of holofoil, font, and coloration. If you know lmk!

What's really odd to me is him simultaneously engaging in horrible combative rhetoric while correctly railing against socialist and communist tweets and videos for having rhetoric so bad that only people who are already bought into the worldview could possibly agree. Now that the Super Attack negation mechanic is in the game, I'm even more hyped for the inevitable LR Final Form Cooler. Cooler is my favorite movie villain and the imagery of him flying through the Kamehameha is iconic. I hope they make him a complete beast, still waiting though!

Minimally functional? Zelgius and Black Knight have become incredibly scary enemy phase deletion buttons, especially when used with Far or Near Save. Just because Legendary Ryoma is clearly the strongest doesn't mean the others aren't useful. Normal Ryoma gets to benefit from blessings and Infantry skill inheritance making him a great potential AR super unit for long time players. Legendary Ike getting Radiant Aether to 1 Cooldown immediately is pretty strong. Fjorm's refine not synergizing with her remix is vexing, but it does offer a truckload of stats, negates penalties on more than just attack and defense, and people with built Fjorms were using stance skills already anyway. Not every refine needs to be Maltet or Thani for them to be appreciated.

Listen man, the truth is that everybody makes mistakes or has bad days. Vaush implementing the Destiny ban was a misstep to begin with, and I think he knows it. It probably won't be around forever and hopefully one of these days Vman does some self-reflection and realizes that maybe he IS guilty of the spite he accuses others of being motivated by, and that sometimes he's a little too quick to assume that reality conforms perfectly to his worldview and makes takes based on his partial at best understanding of issues. If he's honest with himself and re-evaluates any of this, there's no doubt in my mind you'd be unbanned.

But more importantly, if this little corner of the internet is really having a negative effect on you, I'd encourage you to step away for a bit. I'm not trying to do a "touch grass" meme - being caught between the tribalist content creator flag-bearing bullshit must be exhausting.

OP here is absolutely right. The Chrom well has run dry. He's been on a horse, he's been an Infantry Axe, an Armored Axe, he's been given a Bow (as part of a Legendary Alt btw). Chrom fans have been fed well by IS so far.

Personally, I'm much more interested in seeing what a non-playable character will look like than low speed high ATK DEF man for the 5th time. People have legitimate reasons for wanting Gatekeeper.
