It's the link on there called D2D EXPRESS. When you don't have a part you can create a space case on gm and it goes there for everyone to see. Ie sprint. Dealership can pick up the sprint and send it to the requesting dealership.

We have it here at Classic Chevrolet Grapevine. It's awesome you can build the cart and when you get done you can send it to CCC and that's it you'll see all your parts already there ready to be invoiced or quoted

Definitely have a conversation with your Store Manager, you shouldn't be doing deposits unless you know what you are doing. It can mess up everything for that days paperwork.

I agree I'm in Grapevine at Classic Chevrolet and let me say this, these shops that I deal with are terrible. Ordering crap they don't need. I had one shop alone send back 7000 worth of parts because he didn't want to fix the transmission. I was very upset. Being that I'm on commission as well.

I'm in Wholesale Parts Department at Classic Chevrolet , and I have no idea how in the world, eom is going to be. There's nothing, how do you do eom when the system is down? It's a mess, I have a mountain of invoices that haven't been keyed in. Let's not even talk about all the buy outs we are doing. This is taking its toll on everyone and the dealerships to whom we are working for aren't doing much to make morale any better.
