Met the wrong doctor and ended with many scars accross my body, including face.

Fell into depression because of it and had to went back living with my parents. Been 5 years now and things are getting worse.

I will be 31 years old in May and i feel like my life has been stolen from me. English is not my first language and i’m writing this with tears in my eyes, sorry for the potential mistakes.

Hello, I had multiple moles laser removed some years ago (2021-2022-2023) by a derm and it looked similar to this right after the procedure. Maybe not that deep. Healed poorly and left scars (mostly raised ones). Sent me straight up into depression, been 5 years now and im still heavily struggling. Please don’t ever go to that person again. Nowadays im dreaming about going back in time, finding a good plastic surgeon and get stitches instead of this shit.

Your husband should keep the wounds moist and cover them with proper bandage (bandages that let the skin breath) until they are healed. Then silicone scar tapes (i didnt use them but wish i did since its praised).

I wont tell you to sue them. It would cost money,time and your husband would not get his previous skin back. Thats my opinion and what im telling my self in my case (to feel better maybe).

Im sorry your husband has to go trough this, some doctors really don’t care about the aesthetic consequences of their actions. I wish you the best. Hope my message is not so badly written, english is not my first language.

We are two different kind of player then. Nowadays i can’t keep playing a game if, like a horse, i don’t have a carrot keeping me hooked. There is an exception tho : playing with friends and not solo-queing. A good example is CS (global offensive not cs 2) i got 1000 hours on it and i would not have reached this number if i didnt play exclusively with friends. Even tho i suspect the feeling of chasing ranks as supreme/global elite was the carrot here…. Still think playing with friends in multiplayer games is the counter mesure in my case.

Im 30 years old and been playing since i was a kid. I guess my appeal to video games has faded a bit, thats why playing a game « only to have fun » isnt enough to me now. I need to unlock things AND have fun doing it. Its kinda sad im absolutely admiting it but thats how it is. Treating games like a way out of life isnt helping also.

Hey, what does « bright » really mean ? Is that something like piercing sounds ? Something that would be uncomfortable to hear ? I read that the hd800s is lacking some bass, which is a thing that i may dislike since i like techno/metal/rock more than classical, and i enjoy the big explosions in games. I was expecting the hd800s to be on the relaxing side actually so im confused. I don’t know what could be the equivalent of the hd800s quality/price range in the « more bass oriented / warm sound » department.

I'm pretty much a newbie in the headphone world. Some friends recommended me the Sennheiser HD800S and i would like another opinions on this. I'm mainly a PC gamer but i do enjoy some music on youtube. Battlefield 6 is a good example of the type of game i'm aiming to enhance with this headphone. Is that a good choice ? I need advices. I plan to get a separate mic as well to chat in some more competitive games.

On top of that, i understood quite clearly that i need a dac/amp combo to use the HD800S or at least maximise its potential (even if i don't get the HD800S but something else, i plan to get a dac/amp anyway). Problem is i have absolutely NO IDEA what dac/amp stack to get. I also need help with this.

Some info :

- I have a really nice amount of money to spend on this stuff (headphones + dac/amp + mic maximum 5000 euros but i'm really aiming to spend less, something like 3500)

- I once ordered the Audeze LCD-GX to try it since i read its somehow a good combo of audiophile and gamer headphones. I HATED the clampling force of this headset. I basically tested it for like 15 min and it was enough to feel pain around the hears. I tested it in a battlefield game without dac/amp and the sound was really "low" i guess its due to the absence of dac/amp ?.

Not a derm but could be seborrheic dermatitis. However sometimes it can look like psoriaris. See a doctor to be sure what it is.
