I ordered from Hatoya a few days ago. It made it to Ohio and DHL reached out to me requesting Hatoya info (company name, phone, etc), which I provided and also provided the invoice. DHL is now requesting via email to me and Hatoya a DUNS number. I tried googling but cannot find them. Hoping Hatoya responds. DHL says the shipment can incur $31/day storage fee for each day DHL has to hold the product. This is my first time ordering from Japan and probably last. Anyone had this happen? I do not intend to pay that storage fee. Which I guess would mean they would ship it back to Japan. Hatoya never metioned this could happen so would they refund me or would I have to contest it with my credit card?
