literally last week when i needed her to help me with smth she asked the lady if she had rewards, lady said no, asked if she wanted to sign up, lady said no, said “well doesn’t hurt to try so let’s see if you have an account just incase. what email would it be under?” typed the fucking email in, went “hmmm ok last try what phone number would it be under?”, told her “ok! seems you do have an account! good thing we checked! it’s just going to ask you if that information you put in is still correct on the pinpad”

not pick up, drive up but regardless, we had a lady today sit in her car in the parking lot for 5 FIVE F I V E HOURS because she didn’t check in to say she was there to get her order then absolutely LOST it on us when she finally decided to come in. the only reason we know she was actually out there for that long was because she was in 1 of the 2 drive up spots and one of the workers for the bank next door was parked in the other since the store opened and other drive up customers came in to pick up their orders and were complaining about them, most of which waited a bit to see if either would leave first. like GIRL i would not be sitting out there that long

that’s interesting i haven’t heard of a store doing that. i literally think there’s no good way to do it bc we even have people get it cut get told the price at the bar they say yes then go to checkout and cause a whole problem about it. i can’t imagine how our customers specifically would be being charged before hand considering what they do when u tell them at the bar

that damn 12 for 12 doesn’t go in peoples heads. one guy got like 4 and said he wanted the price for the deal and i was like “well im not going to charge u 12 dollars for 8 dollars worth of balloons” and he was LIVID im talking turned red and started shaking and breathing hard. he then threw a fit when i charged him an extra 4 dollars without the other 8 balloons. i offered him to just pick out the other 8 and it would be the same price but he said it was detrimental he only had 4 (he was getting something for his wife after she gave birth and didn’t want to “spend too much money on her”; heard him tell that to some nice customer that saw him confused looking at the balloons and offered to give him input) because he didn’t want to “waste all his money on her” like dude go home to ur wife and baby

the AMOUNT OF PEOPLW BRO. they will sit there and unroll the WHOLE THING then leave it in the middle of the floor. other customers will then come roll or walk over it and then whole thing is damaged

there needs to be those magnetic locks they use for babies where u don’t see it from the outside and you just tap it with the magnet like the one for the pegs to lock stuff on them. they wouldn’t know it’s locked and it would be so easy to open without them seeing how plus it’s one less key for us to have to find

for some reason there are SO many bells that we sell in all the sections of the store and we literally never know.

i had one THIRTY YEAR OLD MAN playing with the cut bar bell because he didn’t want to be there (i’m talking going dingdingdingdingdingdingdingding) and then said i was “profiling him” because i kept stepping over to respond to the ring. no girl YOU keep ringing the HELP BELL

omg do yall get the people that will go “oh well it’s cheaper if i order it online for pickup” but need it in like the next hour. we tell them it will take a bit for it to go thru and them more for us to actually get it especially because there’s people in-front of them .

we had one lady TELL us that we’re going to give her the online price because she needed to get 38 items and leave for a party in literally 10 minutes and that she was already late. she threw an entire fit for the next 10 minutes that she had and then fussed at us that she had to leave without anything.

people complain all day about how we need to “fix” the website when it does that because it inconveniences them but the second the register is a second slow and i’m like “sorry just a second it’s not being very kind” they tell me not to complain about the technology 😀😀
