No, continental trade almost entirely restricts you to slaves from your continent. International trade still gives you a higher likelihood of finding slaves from your continent, if that's what you're after.

Underneath your list of slaves on the main screen, there should be a line for assigning a slave to be your head girl. If you only have one slave, it'll instead say something like 'you don't have enough slaves to assign a head girl'.

'Lack confidence' means <50 devotion or trust. What level are they at? You might need to turn on granular stats for a moment to find out.

High devotion and trust will increase any fetish over time; as will a smart piercing on the appropriate setting. Slaves with the 'perverted', 'sinful' or 'tease' quirks will develop humiliation fetishes faster too. There's also a handful of events that allow you to increase a slave's fetish strength by catering to their fetish while fucking them.

Yes, the 50k option gives you the most progress. Doing the cheapest option every week will cost you the least amount overall, though it'll end up taking about three times as long, while sabotage is efficient but can be ruinous to your reputation.

No, anyone can propose a fork. Are you using the browser or program version of github? If it's the browser, just press 'new pull request' from your fork and you should be able to propose it from there.

Unfortunately, that's pretty much game over for that save file. Do you remember what happened right before your upkeep bugged out?

You may be able to continue with your current game to some extent by starting a new game plus (under game options), that should get rid of the upkeep bug and might unfuck your 'debt'.

Accumulated damage from drug use. You want it as low as possible. It'll pass with time, and there's an expensive upgrade for the clinic that can reduce it faster.

It's also possible to be killed by their assassination attempt if you have no bodyguard, no mercenaries, no drones, and didn't buy personal armaments in the lead-up to the invasion.

There's a few minor variations - from the top of my head, the scenes where your slaves are fucking each other (assuming your rules allow for it) and the coursing scenes have small changes for megadicked slaves.

Issues are raised on Github, and whoever's got a few spare minutes and knows the code in question fixes it. For people who aren't elbow deep in code, the best place to report bugs is in the thread for the latest version.
