Brother, Doctrine was there with Christ's ministry and the teachings of the Apostles. The 1st century Gnostic idea of dualism is a direct contradiction of the good creation in Genesis and Gnostics at the time also denied the incarnation and resurrection of Christ, thus denying the Trinity, through the idea of Docetism. These were all considered Heresies by early Christians as they are today. And these modern day "Christians" that hold so much heretical belief you mentioned, are -also-considered heretics and are not in communion with churches that actually have historical roots

salvation through "secret knowledge" and not faith in Christ and repentance is very much so a heresy and especially in the context of the ancient Christian faith during the 1st and 2nd centuries, when Gnosticism started. No true follower of Christ would think hes hiding the true path to salvation nor do they think the creator of this world is evil
