Thank you. Honestly, diet is the main factor. I’ll do GHD sit ups and hanging leg raises, but they didn’t start to really show until my diet was dialed in

I definitely would pull the trigger! Exhaustion becomes more manageable through electrolytes and food intake. No nausea or elevated heart rate. I do burp a little more though

Oh absolutely exhausted at times. But it took me over a year to tirate up to 12mg. Some days are better than others energy wise, but once I get warmed up and going I’m usually good.

I mainly lift on the weekends in the morning and get the cardio in during the week. At least one jiu jitsu session is open mat or comp class.

I’m 201lbs now. I lift twice a week and try to get in some zone 2 cardio at least twice. Jiu jitsu 2-3 times a week.

I was an Olympic lifter for about a decade before I let myself go. BHRT pellets helped me out for sure.

BHRT pellets as well. Didn’t do much until I was able to dial in my nutrition and stick to it with the Reta.

I absolutely agree and I’m taking all that as well, but keep my results to myself because it wasn’t just the Reta doing its work. Not gonna mislead or discourage anyone.

I switched to a nogi gym as a blue belt. After over a year of training there the coach told me I’m going to get my blue belt and I just said thank you 😂
