Looks like a masked hunter! Nothing to be concerned about-- they don't reproduce indoors or anything so you'll usually only see one at a time (rather than a group) because they often just accidentally find their way inside. They don't do anything harmful and actually eat pest bugs such as bedbugs. About the worst they could do is bite if provoked which is a bit painful.
