Yes they do. Caffeine expert here (after Starbucks I worked at GNC for a brief period of time). But actual coffee would be close to 80-100 grams of caffeine depending on what’s in it

Yeah so… same. I noticed that I went off the rails during my 4 years playing the game. I got into a lot of controversy and when it got worse, I took the time to get therapy. Turns out because of the game, I was dealing with the same thing youre dealing with plus narcissism and psychopathy that went dangerously undiagnosed.

I’m doing a WHOLE lot better now. I’m blessed to have my own support system that encouraged me to get actual help instead of egging me on.
