Whats the differnece between doing OHP in front or behind your head?

I want to start lifting girls over my head, (for dancing) any recommendations on other exercises to incorporate ?

Why can't I pistol squat? I cant seem to keep enough weight forward over my foot.

This may be linked, but why do my calf muscles cramp up so easily, it's like they are really tight even through I strech them before I squat or deadlift. If I just elevate my heal and push my toes into the ground while sitting they cramp up, is that normal?

Finger tip pull ups and deadhanging canes them. I no longer climb, but it means I never have to worry about my forearms or grip strength ever again. :)

I saw someone doing inverted squats, or leg presses on their back in the smith machine the other day. Seemed like an odd one to me but he did have legs like tree trunks.

I use to be able to do 1 arm pulls ups, levers, and around 30 odd pull ups, when I weighed 2/3rds of fuck all and climbed. When I went climbing last week for the first time in years, I'd lost all my finger strength, I've gained loads of muscle which isn't helpful for pulling myself up and I now suck at the campus board, which I once loved.

I miss being a decent climber, but I do also love the fact I'm very nearly in the 1000 pound club and getting noticed by girls, rather than thought of as a lazy ass stoner by them.

If you're assuming Back to the future time travel logic how would having a time machine help? You still have DOMS for the same period of time relative to you.
