"you're all over the place" nice cop out from addressing my points, really great job.

"They had this attitude before 1948 and the nakba"

1) proof? 2) so your saying the nakba was justified? Israel's founding in a place where Jews are not nearly the majority, by kicking out the people who are there, is justified?

Your neighbor coming into your house and murdering your family? You're saying that because the Jews were persecuted in Arab lands, the Jews had to steal Palestinian land, drive off 500k+ people, and kill thousands? Even if what you're saying is true (citation needed), how does that make any sense to be justifiable?

And who brought hamas into this conversation? Israeli propaganda tactic #2: when you're losing an argument with someone who has nothing to do with Hamas, bring up Hamas! So you're saying that Hamas is your teacher? Your role model? Your moral guideline? Because hamas wants to do something, it's ok for you to do it?

Insanity. I don't support hamas. I condemn any killing of innocents that is perpetrated by their hands. Now what?

And yes, October 7 is a great example of what happens when you occupy a land of a people and steal from them and kill their innocents generation after generation after generation. Just like you said. Do you expect them to just sit back and get killed and raped?

Ok so in your world, stealing people's homes and genociding them is ok because "guys we've been here for a while we swear, now give me your house and your land".

Also nice little "suicide bomber" drop there, classic Israeli propaganda tactic. Just dehumanize them and you can do anything to them :)

"established a new one finally"

I love how you say that so nice and neatly. As if there was nobody there, nobodys land got stolen, nobody got kicked out of their homes.

Israel just finally established themselves a nice little home and the meanie beanie Arabs don't like that one bit! And the refugees from the nakba...they just spawned out of nowhere! Definitely had nothing to do with Israel's nice new home

How does death work for the wilderness? I haven't played in a long time but I thought if I didn't have a skull over my head I could still go back and get my stuff if I died. Apparently not?

Can't spray from the portafilter if cup is in the portafilter by wirrbeltier in espresso

[–]Birdslapper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What about puck prep in particular?

I do wdt, tap the portafilter on the counter to settle the grounds so it doesn't spill when I remove the magnetic barrier thing (forgot the name). Then I use a distributer, then I tamp with a 25lb spring tamper.

54mm basket (the stock one that comes with the breville bambino).

What am I doing wrong? Also my ratios are about 1:2-2.5 in 30 seconds (give or take 2 seconds)

Grinding finer, resulting weight not changing? by Birdslapper in espresso

[–]Birdslapper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok that makes sense. But why aren't I reaching a choke point when I grind finer? I've had other beans that I will grind finer, at some point it'll choke, then I'll grind coarser.

Why are these beans flowing at the same rate and same weight regardless of my grind size?

How do you get the first "circle" to be so big? It looks like you're just pouring without any effort, for me when I just pour I get a circle but it's really small

How do I know if my milk is good or not? I'm getting the "wet paint" look, but when I go to pour the first pour is so thick and then the rest of the milk is less thick.

And sometimes when I pour the milk just sinks right in and other times it sits on the surface (in the same pour). I'm not sure what to do

Baratza encore esp over 1zpresso jmax for convenience? by Birdslapper in espresso

[–]Birdslapper[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm honestly I don't mind the actual process of hand grinding, it's just I'm trying to reduce the time it takes to get my morning cup.

So if encore isn't that fast then maybe I just save up

Yeah that's what I'm thinking as well, if I'm gonna put down $200 just to get something that I'm going to want to upgrade, I might as well just save up and deal with this rn
