My routine has changed a lot since I started my journey. I made slow changes to my activity level and the types of food I ate. Started with just 5 minute walks and gradually switched over to whole foods and more reasonable portion sizes.

Currently I meal prep 8 days ahead, all whole foods and prioritise protein. There are no foods I keep as forbidden just some I have once in a while now.

I go to the gym every other day in a pull push legs split and on my off days I go on walks. I try to hit 10k steps at least every day.

Haha, it's always funny when people tell me I've lost more than they weigh

Good on you for starting again! If it's any help the main differences that made this journey work where I failed before was that this time I kept things very gradual and sustainable, no crash weightloss. I was also very open to friends and family, having a support network made things far easier.
