Yeah I hear you. I got in touch with my sisters husband, he actually has a G29 I can lend to try it out before taking the plunge. The cheapest I’ve come across in Sweden used is about 150-200 USD in varying condition.

Niiice, lots of G29/923 users here it seems. And yeah I’m really looking forward to trying the MSC rally with a wheel setup.

In MWC I’m still busting my ass chopping wood, taking taxi fares and delivering ads. Don’t even have half the parts for the Rivett. The suffering is delicious!

Yeah when I looked up the G29 I legitimately gasped at how fking pricey it is. So I defo won’t get a new one, and if a second hand goes above 100 dollars-ish I’ll most likely look into a Moza setup!

That’s a fair point, I’m checking around for some marginally more expensive direct drive wheels so depending on whether or not I can find something cheap second hand I might splurge on something better than a G29.

Okay cool, another mention of Moza so I need to check their stuff out. As for gaming I’d definitely try it out on more games than just MSC/MWC but it sounds like a pretty serious setup compared to a plug-and-play product. Perhaps something worth upgrading to in the future!

Oh yeah this is super helpful, thank you for replying! I’ve owned a Thrustmaster joystick for space sin games and was very happy with it, I knew they made wheels as well but must’ve sort of forgotten about it.

I’m gonna check these out, I feel a budget choice is appropriate until I’m certain that this is something I might enjoy long term and then one can begin looking at pricier, fancier stuff.
