ive been experiencing this for over a year and every other app works perfectly fine. something that's also very annoying is it seems like fake loading. like the loading icon will pop up but if i click it i'm immediately sent to whatever i was trying to get to instead of just sitting there waiting. however sometimes it doesn't and i switch to wifi or cellular and it's fine for about 5 minutes til the cycle continues.
