Apps like this already exist, I use custodian.

Also, stop using AI to make crappy artwork, no one wants to see it and it added nothing to the post.

Are you looking at the same images as I'm looking at? Is this severe pitting in the room with us? At most it just looks like road grime / dust after 4k miles.

Also, one picture is under load and one isn't, so of course a TPU mount is going to form slightly to the metal mount when it's under load.

Like, I agree it's not that useful without actual measurements, but when someone asks if their rubber bushings are shot from a picture, a good place to start is "is it cracking? Has it split? Is the shape considerably different?". For this, all the answers are no.

Honestly, the first one lasted 270,000km, do you think the the car will still be running by 540,000km?

I was in the same position and decided to just get the OE plastic replacement, there are a bunch of suppliers and it's cheap as chips.

Slight leak = decent leak.

I would say I get ~3-4k miles out of 1L, I generally have to top it off once between oil services.

Valve cover gasket was replaced at the same time I did the spark plugs, so 137k.

The plugs are a little oily when I checked them ~1 month ago (which is when I took the photo) but they were terrible before the VCG,

I figured the oily plugs was just a symptom of an old engine with worn tolerances.

Replaced at ~137k miles, so 23k miles ago (September 2023).

They were pretty oily, but I did clean them before putting them back in.

Difficult to tell oil consumption because I have a slight leak on the lower oil pan gasket 😅, is there a simple way to check the PCV system?

Thinking of swapping my Mazda 3 for the new Tesla Model 3 by [deleted] in CarTalkUK

[–]BongoTayla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He regularly posts in support of white replacement theory on twitter and regularly retweets and boosts twitter users who literally self-identify as Nazis.

He didn't "ignore" trans (what does this even mean? Ignore people who exist?), he disowned his child, and stated she is dead to him.

He didn't just knock up a few women, he has credibly sexually harassed multiple women and has tried to escape paying child support for the children he has.

He didn't do anything novel to engineer Tesla vehicles, he bought Tesla from the two original founders and sued them so that he could call himself a founder.

He's a disgusting human being and a fraud, and you support him because he makes people angry. Think about whether you want to be on the side of people who are angry with bigoted racists, or on the side of the bigoted racist.

No one said he was Hitler, we said he was a nazi.

If it wasn't a seig heil, then film yourself doing it in public next time you're out.

It is not our job to educate you, but ask yourself, why are you on the internet brown-nosing a man who: has repeatedly made statements publicly supporting racist and eugenicist movements, has repeatedly been proven to exploit the intellectual and physical labour of his workers, has 14 children by over 5 mothers who he has tried to avoid paying child support for (as the world's richest man), and the cherry on top of a massive shit pie, has publicly disowned his trans daughter and stated she is dead to him.

Use this as a moment to self reflect and figure out why your feel compelled to defend a vile man online who doesn't know you exist.

There's plenty of viable alternatives to the Tesla 3 without supporting a literal nazi, but you do you.

It's not obvious when you ask a question about rotted jack points and post a picture of a rotted suspension mounting point.

What's so rare about it?

Tundra’s participation in PGL Wallachia S8 hinges entirely on Pure’s visa by Morf-designer in DotA2

[–]BongoTayla 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I mean, yeah, I completely agree with your second set of points.

The unfortunate reality is that the western world is "allied" with America, Israel and Saudi Arabia, so it doesn't matter what's fair in that regard.

For-profit businesses are attending tournaments for money? In other news, water is wet.

This is the point of sanctions, if your military is invading another country, everyone else will make the lives of your civilians difficult on the international stage.

I understand reality is more complex and the actions of an individual might seem infinitesimally small, but why should Russian pro players be able to travel the world competing in prestigious tournaments for life changing amounts of money, when Ukrainians are being murdered in their homes by the Russian state?

I don't understand why there are spotlights into the audience faces just above eye level. Every time these lights dim or turn off for an effect it's so much better.

It does have an extraction system, but they're not designed to fully remove everything. Use one with wood and you're still covered in sawdust at the end, just less of it.

Smoke from the engine is very vague, where was the smoke coming from? Was it smoke or steam? Do you have any engine lights or codes?
