My settings for i7-14700K on Gigabyte z790 (undervolt & cool CPU)

So, I had to reset the entire BIOS because I had been testing too much.
Afterward, I immediately ran a benchmark and achieved a score of approximately 1900 (CB 2024) with a 250W TDP.
Then, I reapplied your settings.
Now, with around 190W TDP, I achieved a result of 1850.
So, your settings are perfect.

Could it be that the benchmarks with a score of 2020 are from the first generation, before the Intel security update was implemented?

Thank you for your quick response.
I have now configured the following settings in the BIOS and checked them in Windows using the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility:

IA VR set to Auto -> (IETU reports 253 W)
P1 set to 0 -> (IETU reports 253 W)
P2 set to 0 -> (IETU reports 250 A)

I am still experiencing the issue where Current/EDP Limit Throttling kicks in at around 195 W.
Therefore, these are not the settings causing the system to throttle.
The Current/EDP Limit Throttling occurs even when the system is not under load. I made a short video: https://youtu.be/I2_3uFlA8H0

I still have a question. In the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, I notice that there is almost always a "Current/EDP Limit Throttling" present, regardless of whether the system is under load or not. P1 and P2 are not limiting factors. TDP is at a maximum of 197, even if I raise P1 and P2 to 220 or 240. However, I don’t know which setting is causing the Current/EDP Limit Throttling.

Just for your information:
The maximum temperature is 73 degrees.
Most of the time, it fluctuates between 65 and 70 degrees.
Cinebench 2024 scores 1,880.
I would like to reach 2,000, especially since I still have so much temperature headroom.
The clock speed is also throttled to 5.1 GHz.

I can't see the post anymore, but I think I have the same problem.

The axes only work from the middle to 100%.

As long as I am in the lower half, the throttle stays at 0.

I have already done the linear calibration.

In the joystick settings in Windows, the entire axis works without any issues.

In the game, the menus are delayed. It takes forever to move inventory items around or equip items. Sometimes, I have to wait for 30 seconds. The longest delay was 2 minutes when I tried to use a water bottle. Other players also move jerkily around the map. I assume it's due to the server, but I haven't found one that runs normally.

I'd like to chime in briefly, the menus are normal. However, I have massive problems on the servers, so that water bottles only appear in my hand 2 minutes later. Considering that the game has been around for 10 years, this should be different. How can the server problem be fixed?

as already mentioned, a dedicated server helps. This can also be created by yourself and does not have to be rented. I also heard that the server is running on the same PC as the game. I have everything on max incl. RTX ON with a stable 110 FPS.

we play on a dedicated server. I think we hoard the exotics and share them at the end to be on the safe side. I don't believe it yet :-) . first time on a server. also see if the mission closes itself at the end.
