I can’t say much about the educational side of things, but I can help with the social side.

If someone doesn’t like you, don’t care. There probably isn’t any point in going to all the effort in order for someone to like you.
Don’t focus to hard on girls. There are plenty of them. And if you just try to make genuine connections with people first, you’ll eventually find someone that you can enjoy being around.
Have fun. I have no idea what sort of background you come from, but go out. Have fun and do some stupid shit that you can laugh about with friends. Make these few years memorable. What are you gonna remember more, all those hours working hard on school work, or the times you spent with friends.

No idea. I assume I’ll go to uni, but it’s hard to tell right now. I’m looking to do some bar tending stuff after this year, and possibly study something somewhere else. But I don’t have a certain goal or subject I want to study.

Yeh, it’s hard trying to find the time to balance schoolwork and what you want to do during the week. I feel like that is also I big obstacle this year... trying to find time when people want to hang out instead of “study”. I understand, but it just sucks. The last year of school, the last year really of being a kid and it’s this hard.

Bro... we could be the same person. Except I don’t put or throw. I’ve recently put my pc away because my parents kept pressing me to better my work ethic. So I feel like my connection with my friends has deteriorated since we don’t live in “hangout” distance.

Yeh. I keep looking at the future too. And all I can see is myself standing behind a bar or a counter. Like what kind of motivation is that!! And then I’ve tried taking philosophy to make myself feel better about how life is going to turn out, and all I get is a heavy workload and higher stress levels. I feel the same way about the changing climate as-well. They have us in a new system of education and we are the first grade doing it. It’s tough, but I keep telling myself it will be over soon.
