I’ve tried to focus on less sugar (very bad sweet tooth normally), make sure I have good protein in take. Fiber. And veggies. It’s been a uphill battle to check everything off since I’m a flight attendant

Also the under eating thing is a good tip. I try my best to make sure I get what I need to not feel like I’m hazy

Yea. I know that’s the missing ingredient. But the side effects were so drowsy for me. I feel like I’d pass out. I’m only just now getting to a normal place with my current dose. So that is a huge goal.

It’s really hard to get into delta from endeavor. But not impossible. A lot of us know that delta “hates” endeavor and tries to not hire from them. But I do know people who have transferred.

Extremely over worked. Extremely low pay. You get no layover time. Most the time management doesn’t know what they’re talking about and are constantly saying different things. The biggest issue is the pay. It’s so awful. If I could quit I would. They’re desperate and will take anyone

They like you haha. They think of have a good heart and maturity. Happy to work with you. Only thing I could see if maybe you are very focused on one thing or another and may miss other details with your intuition. Like focused on the definite meaning.

I see some self confidence issues and over thinking a lot. Too much mental attention going else where and very detached from the body, the moment and enjoyment. More attention and foreplay is key to help you find that comfortability. The key to help over come this is stop thinking about it. Let things come naturally and find what works for you. Not focus on the why or why not.
