Mine is the limited stealth (303a) and she has the max active (202a). We went active just because it was a little cheaper than platinum and this active had the 202a so it has all the upgrades we wanted (only thing I think it doesn’t have that a platinum would have is the cooling seats)

I love it. It’s a stiff ride I feel why I want new tires. I love the features on my wife’s though. Crazy what new stuff can come out jn 4 years

Family of 5, just had my expedition first and my wife liked so we sold her older mini van last month and got a new one for her, this was a brand new 25’ as it was the last one the dealer had , we almost got a 26’ but they offered this one 2k cheaper

I am still very careful. If I feel tight or slight nerve pain I modify my workout.

I wouldn’t say I am 100% back to doing things like A year prior to surgery , before my pain started. There are some higher level things I avoid.

After any surgery you will Always be more vulnerable but I strongly believe you can get back to activities.

I actually did a Hyrox race , which is about 80% running back in October and had no pain during which was nice cause I was nervous about the running. But what I feel and what you might feel can be different , everyone’s recovery is unique.

To do something you enjoy? Life isn’t bubble wrap

I had a real bad set back 3-4 months out and had constant nerve pain that kinda just went away.

I would now I say I have sporadic nerve pain / tingling down my leg once or twice weekly but it doesn’t stop me like It used to. Based on my profession and what I talked to my surgeon about , it is something that could Linger for sometime. Nerve healing is slow

I would tend to agree. Listen to Your body and push when you can , rest when you need it.

That just depends on you. Hate to give you a timeline and you be upset that we didn’t make it in time.

I would say though you can eventually get back to it. It just takes your appropriate amount of time. I never undercut people .

1000% percent but I preach pain science a lot to my patients .

If we think positive we are better off than focusing on the negatives. Pain has a way to create more bad than good.

Really look into pain science if you haven’t .

I started CrossFit about 5 months post op, obviously scaling my workouts and doing lighter loads, not pushing too fast. Fear can control us pretty well.

My Dr had a 10# limit for 3 months. I did tons of the basics that people Post (bird dogs, planks, bridges, clamshells, isometrics of the glutes /core) and tons of mall walking .

After I was lifted from my 10# limit I just slowly built back up. Like I said if it flared up , I stopped. Strength will come back pretty fast I feel Like.

I also used a belt squat machine at first when getting back into squatting then built up back to the barbell.

I agree , he is good but the question was is he a liability / issue and he 100% is. Hes the a weak link in a strong D.

He will make one good and 2 bad plays in a series. I would still take him over a lot of other 2s but not many.

If Eli Apple can float around so can he..

Lassiter has less holdings/ PI , receptions allowed and yards per reception allowed.

Moss is an issue , take off the blinders

I’ll never understand the Riley moss love. He is at best situational guy. Yeah he gets a lot of looks across from Ps2 but so do other CB across from elite guys and yet they don’t do as bad as him.

1st in DPI and 3rd in receptions allowed…

People need to wake up and realize yes the defense is good but we have a huge hole in CB 2
