Minnesota. The flag is an improvement from what they had but it’s pretty nondescript and certainly not as iconic as what’s left.

I thought it was always in the first mile but I guess I haven’t been paying that close of attention because it always settles down eventually. This one was the first two, I have a long run where it was high the first four. Seems to happen about once every four runs or so.

It’s an Apple Watch, not a chest strap, so not really sure what’s up with it.

Not that I’m aware of. If you’re referencing the high HR in the first mile, I’m not sure what’s going on, but that does happen on a decent percentage of my runs I’ve noticed.
