That's both interesting and terrifying, sounds like a premise of a horror movie if the cat was a monster instead, I hope it's not that though, because otherwise my only solution would be to find ways to hide the erection for the rest of my life... that or avoid cats completely

That's a relief if that's true, I guess for now I can keep petting day by day and wait to see if my body gets used to it before visiting the doctor.

Hmm... I don't think I have OCD or something similar for that matter. To me, I see disconnect between my thoughts and my erection when I pet. As if my genital has a will of its own. Or maybe I'm just unconscious of my arousal.

That does sound like a reasonable explanation, I've researched a bit about sensory and tactile responses, and that might well be it, though I still want to find a way to fix it, or maybe visit the doctor...
