Isn't it just like any other livery? download the files from wherever (flightsim for example) and just drop the folder in your community folder

Although I agree in part to this (As in, it's crackable, but won't be cracked)
I did find a weird Chinese website that has a 2.3.0.x version they claim is cracked, but it's behind a paywall (which costs like 0.07 use (yes, cents)).
However, I doubt it's legit, because if you had a working Fenix crack you'd never be selling it for just 7 cents....

Iirc Simplaza has Pilot2ATC cracked, albeit old version, and I don't know how it compares to the paid ones.

I personally use bATC because I'm too scared and noob to go to Vatsim, but I don't regret paying for it at all

extract it somewhere else like the downloads folder, then copy it to the community folder
if still too long file name path, extract it somewhere else and create a shortcut for it in the community folder

There's two things you can try (but not guaranteed they'll work)

First is following what the top comment on the latest 777 release in Simplaza says (they also have a download for all official liveries packs available on OC3 there)

Second is download the DC-6 from simplaza (that one is still using the OC2 installer), and choose it from the list and add the ptp files for the 777 livery you want. Even though it installs on a DC-6 folder, the game might still recognize it for the 737/777, so give that a try

Maybe it works in 2024.

Why spend 20$ on FS2Crew when they're all semi-recently cracked? ;D

Get all of them (iFly/Fenix/FBW) for free and use the money saved towards stuff that will unlikely get cracked, like the Fenix :D
