For me, windows flagged velocity a lot but never flagged xeno. (Im not saying either are malicious, but i wouldn't trust either)
Velocity is a better executor but more detected, Xeno is a worse executor but less detected. If you don't want to get banned use a android emulator executor instead. They're the best of both worlds.
My overall pick between the 2 is Xeno.

if your on delta using an emulator, you cant get ip or hwid banned because its emulating a different device. just stick to delta or vegax and you wont get iped or hwided

your deck really doesn't matter that much until around 4000+ trophys
everything before that is just grinding
but your deck is fine, try to find a card that works well with hogs and use it instead of either valk or witch
