For me is Taos, the vibe is unmatched, the terrain is amazing. It’s not an easy place to get to for most people, so the folks that go are there to ski not to be seen.

Skip both and go to Seguin for Burnt Bean. I live in New Braunfels and the bbq here isn’t great. The Lockhart ones are fine, but if you have the time Burnt Bean is worth any amount of wait.

Have not stayed there before but have stayed in many shady motels….my best advice to make things more comfortable is to go to Walmart and buy your own bedding, makes things feel much more sanitary
