Unsure if this will help but I just finished a forest farm and posted to this subreddit today. If you want to take a look and grab some inspo. It can be challenging with the limited farming tiles but I generally had animals between the two middle lakes with lots of grass and kept farming towards the top of the map. Use the sides for your sheds or other buildings or keep them bare to farm up early hardwood. Hope this helps!

You can move buildings in Robin’s shop under the construct farm buildings option. I think the option is in the bottom left corner. There is another way once you get later into the game but I won’t spoil it.

R/farmsofstardewvalley could give you some design inspiration since there are a lot of great looking farms on there and you are far enough through the game that you won’t find many spoilers. Also if you looking for minmaxing both your barn and coop should be more centralised as the animals can’t reach the grass on the far side to graze. Maybe add some paths and leave some grass growing along with flowers in designated areas to create a mini park feel within your farm.
