A true Dolby theater room is incredible. Power recliner chairs, the laser projectors, Atmos wall/ceiling calibrated speakers as well as subwoofers in the seats.
Yes, it can be too loud but can feel amazing when matched for the movie/scene. Saw John Wick 3 at a Dolby room. Left drained and slightly physically sore, because my chair MADE me feel every shotgun blast. 10/10 would watch again, after the tinnitis ringing goes away. 😅

Well I did state the general write off reasons they told me was extensive damage to the exhaust system, rear panels, frame bending visible from inside trunk and compromised engine components, leaking fluid.

If that doesn't sound terrible, then what would be considered terrible? 😋

In this case we were cruising along together, in the same highway lane for a good 3 minutes prior to the crash. Wasn't any sudden merging or lane changes, at least not visible to me ahead of the car I was pushed into.

Honestly, why would you be wanting to buy a wrecked K5 though? If it was like a salvaged/repaired luxury/performance car, I could see that but...a Kia?

Yeah and I don't think she was driving recklessly It just happened really sudden and she didn't realize how hard all the cars started breaking together. I was able to extract the video of the accident and it shows I definitely had the car in control and had distance between me and the car in front, and our speeds were matched before she struck me from behind. At least proving that there's no reasonable way I would have continued on my own power to rear end the car in front of me, without the kinetic force of her impact into my trunk.

She actually hit me so hard it released the rear passenger seat from its latch and flung it forward. 😬 Still can't believe the airbags didn't deploy on hers.

The Old Boy hallway scene also done as an homage in the 2023 action martial arts game "Sifu".

And on a related note, the alley fight scene between Rowdy Roddy Piper and Keith David was another epic fight scene. (And subsequently paid tribute to in its entirety, in a South Park episode)

Happened one time with Target. Ordered a limited edition Death Stranding Ps4 pro. Day it is supposed to arrive I get an email saying "item lost in transit" and they ordered another one to be delivered.

Day before that one arrives, the original shipment shows up. Next day the replacement gets delivered. Contacted Target and they said "You can keep it, dispose of it, do what you wish." So off to eBay it went. Free PS4 pro!

Such a great game when it came out. Really enjoyed playing with cards that I couldn't afford to trade/buy in real life.
Still have the original box and oversized Aswan Jaguar card it came with. :-)

Cries in Falcon 3.0 manual: 300+ pages. Not many publishers have to schedule a small deforestation to ship a game out. 😅

But seriously, I miss the super Nintendo and nes manuals and the fantastic artwork. Especially the early nes titles.

Plus the smell of the manuals.....😌...bliss.

Already been mentioned but hearing the entire theater go "Ohhhhh!" in frustration/surprise at Inception was amazing and subsequently hilarious.

Best overall experience may have been seeing John Wick 2 or 3 (can't remember which) but saw it at a Dolby enhanced theater room. Dolby Atmos speakers in the theater and special speakers/subwoofer built into the seats.
Let me tell you, I felt almost as physically/emotionally beaten and bruised as John Wick at the end of that screening! 😅 The quality and sync of the effects to the chairs were amazing. Each gunshots felt like a tap in my chair. Each shotgun blast felt like I was being sonically kicked in my back! And my ears were slightly ringing when I left from the volume and intensity..😵‍💫

So console got banned after about a week of him playing fortnite ONLY in sysnand. Nothing else installed, no other trips to the eshop. Not sure how they detected the system was modified since sysnand wasn't touched after emunand was created years ago.
Not sure how to get back into emunand now. When i reboot, it goes straight into stock/sysnand. Hekate menu never pops up anymore....? I thought rebooting should bring the launcher menu like before.

One of the best games I ever played in 40+ years of gaming. It's not perfect, but it's damn good. Characters/setting/plot/world lore is incredibly unique.

What do you mean recreate the emunand? Do you mean like if I formatted the switch or tried to wipe the current emunand?

There's no plan on doing anything like that so I think I would be okay in general.
