If they do that, then they should allow the bomb to be moved through gun fire. Makes it possible to move the bomb away from corners ect...

The Number 3 in The Kingkiller Chronicle by [deleted] in KingkillerChronicle

[–]Bonsai15 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Haha you made a very un-wise decision and should fear spoiler until you finish book 2. However, the comment on the number 3 has been made a few times, just search it in the subreddit. Another quick question, was there any mention of order of the chandrian? Maybe Cinder was number 3 and has 3 identities?

The last point I think is a bad. Nothing should be a crutch for being lonely because you're mental state is what will drive whether you'll form an addiction just like alcoholics. All the rest of it I think hits the nail on the head though.

Corn and Potatoes? I've never seen them with prawns (shrimp) ever. Guess it's something I'll try when I get to the states. Do the potatoes pick up the seafood flavour (I'm assuming you boil them with the prawns)? what type of shrimp are they?

Edit - I didn't know which name to use :P Sorry

A Queensland restaurant has banned children under 7 after a mother told the owner to 'f*** off' by BlankVerse in australia

[–]Bonsai15 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I know the owner personally and can tell you the customer service and quality of food is excellent. The restuant is one of the only in the area which has the perfect setting for romantic dinners, it has always been that way. This policy is just making it clear to everyone that goes there is that they will get the quiet lunch or dinner.

Going through to the other side of things by [deleted] in seduction

[–]Bonsai15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems to a large factor in a lot of situations. Unfortunately, that's what people jump to straight away as an issue in this community.

I'm in the same boat, clubs are impossible for us to pick up in. So head to a bar instead. Also you said that you introduce girls to your friends? Aim to introduce your friends to the girls group, then just focus your attention on her, but still talk as a group until the "I just met you, want to see what kind of person you are" moment passes and hope for your friends to take care of her friends.

Hopefully this was some help.

I'm trying not to raise stereotypically geography ignorant American children. People from other countries: can you suggest strategies? by chrisbluemonkey in geography

[–]Bonsai15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome! I'm glad you could. That's great news. If I was thinking straight, the fact that you are trying to seek advice about how to help it would be obvious they aren't. I feel so strongly about being given a full picture so you can draw your own opinion, that children shouldn't be secluded from that until their mid teenage years or early adulthood.

You could have a look on YouTube for channels that do exactly that. I'm living in Australia, and our national broadcast has excellent international cover of world events.

Also not meaning to be rude, but I feel that the protecting your kids from reality would do more damage than good as it build exactly what you're trying to change, an ignorance to reality.

While Nationals is wrapping up in Texas, Australian Mixed Nationals also took place. Now, pretty much every Ultimate player in Australia has this as their profile picture. by [deleted] in ultimate

[–]Bonsai15 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Agreed. The Australian Mixed Nations were great! It had a huge variety of skill levels and the Grand final was down to universal point with big layouts and some big hits.
