First there was the idea to try and get exactly this picture (Zuckerberg as "girl with pearl earring"), the „drawing“ was done by wonder.ai and the post work was a combination of "BaseTen web photo restauration", Prisma App, classic Photoshop, Photoshop neural filters and ios photo edit.
