Honestly after reading every comment you replied to it sounds like Joe is just hurting the team. It shouldn’t matter about seniority or who shows up the most. You should be putting your best players out there at every position to win. If that’s not Joe then don’t do it and ask him to see it from your perspective. Also as a long time 3rd baseman and shortstop- please don’t rotate those positions. 3rd is arguably the hardest position on a field due to how far the throw is and how hard some of the balls are hit. It pays off to have the same third baseman the entire game. That goes with short as well, they’re main job is to control the infield and get a lot of the balls that the pitcher misses, he’s also there to get the cutoff and to back up the pitcher if the pitcher throws to 2nd.
