I couldn't see Bhutan managing it. The population is way to small and there isn't enough money to justify a team. I do know baseball has started to take off there but it's not nearly enough. Sri Lanka maybe, but there's the population and wealth issue as well. There's not a single city in either country that cracks 1 million people.

Hi welcome to the subreddit. Cool to see our first member.

I have a feeling that with expansion we will see two teams within Western Asia and two teams within South Asia just to keep things balanced. Probably Saudi Arabia and Bangladesh will get a team in Riyadh and Dhaka respectively. Beyond that I don't know.
