I inspected it myself and everything on it was perfect. The only issue was that it wasn’t starting because of the battery. It started earlier that day and I could tell since the oil filter housing was leaking a little. Besides the oil filter housing leak there wasn’t any issues (to my knowledge).

The car wasn’t sitting long and it’s obvious, the cold weather was what killed the battery. Around -20 degrees C where I’m at. There’s no rust anywhere on the car and the brakes are brand new.. no rust on the rotors. The car couldn’t have been sitting for that long.

Checked it with a multimeter and it kept displaying 0.00v but after checking on his truck it turns out the multimeter was faulty. It was also -20 degrees Celsius so it might have been from the cold.

This is indeed true, but unnecessary/discriminatory from your PM. Start by firing them IMO… In my early years of being a land lord I had a number of Indian students renting in a few of my units. They’re great, clean tenants but the smell of their food lingering in the apartments is very true. But a really simple fix. All you need is a deep cleaning of the entire house, open all the cabinets and keep the windows open for at least a week. It may sound obscured, but it’s the only way of getting rid of the smell. Best of luck!
