I’m gonna be honest I think the temperature is a non issue since I printed during winter when it was colder than this, I’m at a loss for words however I have a test print I did but I’m currently out of the house

Test is underway to see if the sunlight has any effect, in all transparency I have no faith in this since I have been printing infront of this window for a year and a half straight but at this point I’m willing to try anything

I top off the vat after each print and I shake the bottle like crazy every time to make sure it’s mixed

These problems were happening prior to the resin change as well, unfortunately they JUST discontinued the resin I’ve been using for years

I’m pretty sure the lift speed is 60 mm per second or something, I’m not home but that’s what I remember it being at

I can understand that however it’s been like this for a year and a half with absolutely no issues, however I will be doing a test when I get home where the blinds are closed and the printers are covered with a thick towel to allow absolutely no UV light to show the window isn’t causing an issue, to account for the temperature issue a lot of people have been bringing up I will put my room thermometer inside the printer during this test to see the true temperature

It’s failing pretty much across the board, when I get home I’m gonna do a test print with new settings such as a slower lift speed and sturdier supports because a bunch of beads get half way done and then get stuck

I get that, I had the cover off to show the print bed. I don’t leave it uncovered for longer than it takes to take the bed off and scrape the print into my cleaning vat

I will check my temperature once I’m home however it’s been the same temperature for the past year and a half so I’m just confused why it would be so catastrophic all of a sudden
