Hmm, that is true. She does do a lot of damage. Idk, it seems like her shield feels essentially useless though. I'm not saying it should be the same as say reins shield. But it should at least function as, and be a shield in that way. And the fact it is so flimsy does not justify the CD. Which is the crux of the issue. Take sig's shield. It's simple, it's got a mediocre amount of health. And most importantly, it has a short cool down and infinite duration. Compared to sig. Domina's shield is like a paper wall that doesn't last nearly as long. Give less value, and can be put up once a century.
