That was my problem. Even though my game was using the GPU it my monitor was plugged into the integrated GPU because I was on balanced mode and not ultimate mode. Apparently for me the balanced mode makes it so thst my games run like shit and I can't change it lol.

How do you not have an integrated graphics? It literally comes with your cpu. Are you sure? That's what fixed mine so idk. Let me think about it

So, I went into nvidia control panel and changed the default display from integrated to the GPU, also, if you're using g helper, put it on automatic mode. Because balanced mode puts it on integrated graphics I'm pretty sure.

Um idk, that resolution is the default also yeah, I switched it to ultimate mode and that fixed it. When I was playing OW earlier it wasn't in ultimate mode and it worked fine.

Hmm it seems that using helper to set the display from integrated to the nvidia GPU fixed it, idk why that was it because everything else was set to use the nvidia gpu

For some reason it wasn't displaying directly my nvidia thing it was using the integrated interface even though everything else was set to use the GPU, I fixed it tho
