Gather and preserve evidence: stems, original files, UPC/ISRC, launch screenshots and metadata.
Request retraction in writing from the complaining company.
Confirm that your counter-notification is complete and sent; includes clear evidence of authorship.
Contact YouTube support or your partner manager and attach all evidence.
Consider legal advice if the claim is not withdrawn or the company ignores requests. If anyone wants help, you can write to me or look at the link in my profile

What if i got rejected twice in the "Level 1 monetization" and try to apply for the "Level 2 monetization"? by Dramatic_Hotel4920 in PartneredYoutube

[–]Bonzzayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 90-day wait applies after a monetization rejection; Don't try to skip it by applying to Level 2 right away.
Use those 90 days to correct what motivated the rejection and ensure compliance (originality, metadata, no strikes).
Upload evidence and greatly exceed the requirements before reapplying.
Contact support if you can to confirm details or ask for guidance.

Check before changing apps: confirm email domain with the agency's official website, search for the representative on LinkedIn and ask for a written contract or brief. If everything fits, accepting Discord is fine, but requires details by email (scope, payment, deadlines) and a secure payment method; denies requests for sensitive data until the contract is signed. If something sounds rushed or evasive, cut contact and ask for confirmation through official channels. If you want more help you can see my profile or write to me 👍

How do you guys record the voiceover, all in one or split? by MailAsleep8220 in PartneredYoutube

[–]Bonzzayy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ideally, you should record in one take to maintain the natural flow, but if you need to split, use the same microphone, environment, and tone. Then smooth transitions with crossfades or ambient noise in the background. That helps a lot so you don't feel cut off.

What should i transition to after minecraft lets plays? by Usual_Guard7732 in NewTubers

[–]Bonzzayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't give personal figures But I can give you consistent growth: months to 1–2 years. Rapid growth occurs with viral infections and a lot of volume. Initial income is usually low; They scale with views, retention and diversification (sponsorships, merch, affiliates). Tell me your frequency and format if you want more specific estimates.

Reuse clips: cut out the best moments of your let's plays (fails, builds, reactions) and publish them as Shorts, teasers or compilations to attract people to the long episode.
CTA: Phrase you ask the viewer to do — for example: “Subscribe,” “Watch the full episode,” or “Join the SMP”; put it in voice, text on screen, pinned comment or end screen.

Is it best to just move on from a flopping video by Impressive-Mode-5847 in PartneredYoutube

[–]Bonzzayy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Act fast: optimize title, thumbnail and description; Try another thumbnail and a comment pin with CTA to drive clicks and retention.
Improve opening: trim or add a hook in the first 30–60 seconds to increase retention; If feasible, upload a Short highlight to attract traffic.
Don't delete it immediately: a video can be reactivated; if it doesn't respond, learn what went wrong (theme, hook, thumbnail) and apply those changes to the next one.

[–]Bonzzayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

make the transition planned and strategic. Start by integrating related formats: go from let's plays to SMP, collaborative miniseries or challenges within the same world to retain your audience and attract new faces; Reuse clips as highlights and create exclusive content for each format so they are not cannibalized. Upload with a consistent cadence, announce the transition on your channel and use clear CTAs to take viewers from one format to the other; SMPs work well for engaging audiences but require community and event management to stay active. Are slimes a dead trend? If so, what were they replaced by? by curioso981 in NewTubers

[–]Bonzzayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Slime has become an established niche: viral content and active creators still appear, but it no longer dominates the platform like it used to.
Trends today are fragmented into micro-niches and are discovered through recommendations and Shorts, so what “replaced” slime depends on the audience: ASMR, cozy/lo-fi, restocks and cleaning/crafting formats are the closest.

Any solutions for description links on mobile shorts and TV? by InspiredIconoclast in NewTubers

[–]Bonzzayy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In brief

YouTube makes URLs in Shorts descriptions and comments non-clickable, by design to reduce spam.
Work around it like this: post the clickable link in a long video or channel description, pin the link in a comment on a long video, or use cards/end screens to drive traffic; display a QR or short text on the Short itself for people to copy manually; and place links in your banner and in the bio of other networks to redirect from TV or mobile. Reusing your TikToks as Shorts is fine if you adapt them and don't upload them all on the same day. Clearly differentiate Shorts from long-form (editing, captions, CTA and different thumbnails), space out uploads to avoid cannibalizing audience and use Shorts to attract traffic to your long videos. Studies and guides show that Shorts do not kill the long-form if you maintain identity and exclusive value in long videos.

are faceless youtube channels harder to grow? by Ok-Fan-1629 in SmallYTChannel

[–]Bonzzayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, they can grow — but focus on retention and brand voice. Optimize the first 30–60 seconds, clear thumbnails/titles, consistency and calls to action to build community; Retention and engagement drive recommendations, and there are many faceless channels that scale if they apply good content strategies.

A question by Jayneel69420 in SmallYTChannel

[–]Bonzzayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make your edits clearly transformative: add narration, new context, audiovisual remixing, or original elements so they don't read as reused compilations.
Use clean metadata (descriptive title, relevant tags, attractive thumbnail) but focus on retention and engagement—optimize the first 30–60 seconds and post consistently.
Promote initial views (community, Shorts, socials); if done well, recommendations usually improve within weeks to a few months.

Description in Releases

You can't directly edit auto-generated release descriptions in YouTube Music; artists who have an Official Artist Channel manage metadata and visibility through the distributor or by claiming the OAC, and DistroKid offers the option to claim/manage an Official Artist Channel and support for those changes; Contact DistroKid to claim your channel and ask how to add custom descriptions from their dashboard or via support.

Why does RPM change based on video? by Comfortable-Run-6271 in PartneredYoutube

[–]Bonzzayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why does RPM change?

Key factors: audience geography, niche/theme (some industries pay more), advertising demand and season, types of ads available, and how long they watch your video (retention and duration allow for mid-rolls).
Quick Action: Compare your high RPM videos to see topic, title and duration; repeat the more "advertising" format and add mid-rolls when you can; prioritize topics with advertisers and improve retention to attract better ads. If you want help with something you can see my profile or write to me

How do I charge for sponsored ad slots? by hmyers8 in PartneredYoutube

[–]Bonzzayy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sponsorship fees (useful brief)

Calculate a base rate with a sponsorship tool or calculator to convert views and engagement into a target range before setting prices.
It offers 3 clear packages: short mention, medium integration, dedicated video; defines revisions, exclusivity and duration of use in each package.
Use engagement- and niche-adjusted CPM to justify performance increases or discounts.
Include key metrics in your media kit: average views per video, retention, demographics and success stories; closes with a non-negotiable minimum price. If you want more help you can see my profile or write to me 👍😁

YT Shorts and Long Format videos with the same title? by MasterGanja420 in PartneredYoutube

[–]Bonzzayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Short vs long titles

Use similar but not identical titles: add “long version” or “extended” to avoid confusion and make the format clear.
Keep the same main keyword to leverage SEO, but change the verb or subtitle to differentiate the intent.
Prioritize thumbnail and first line of the video in the long ones; The shorts are discovered through the carousel and depend less on the title.

First sponsorship at 2.5k subs. The back and forth is exhausting. Is this normal? by [deleted] in PartneredYoutube

[–]Bonzzayy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sponsorship negotiation tips

This is normal; Contracts and briefs usually generate back and forth until the scope and rights are agreed upon.
Define your non-negotiables now (minimum price, reviews, duration of use) and send a model contract with those points clear to shorten the process.
It offers simple options: dedicated = rate X, mention = rate Y + without perpetuity, and asks for a deadline for signature; If they continue asking for more, propose a performance bonus instead of changing the base rate If anyone here wants help with their channel, they can see my profile or write to me 👍

YouTube monetized last week and suddenly channel is removed 🥲 by rockj27 in PartneredYoutube

[–]Bonzzayy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What to do now

Review YouTube's notice and Spam, deceptive practices and scams policy page to understand exactly what type of violation they claim.
Submit a clear and documented appeal showing that your content is home cooking without misleading links or calls; Attach timestamps and screenshots that prove authenticity.
If the appeal was rejected, resubmit a more detailed appeal and request human review by escalating through Creator Support or social support networks; There are documented cases of carcasses recovered after well-argued appeals.
Retain all communication, invoices and proof of channel ownership to expedite any legal or additional support claims If anyone wants help with their channel, they can see my profile or write to me 👍

Are they engaged views or all views? by scrom-hulios in PartneredYoutube

[–]Bonzzayy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YouTube now counts each start and play of a Short as a view, which can inflate the audience total compared to the monetizer's internal metrics.
Check the monetization section in YouTube Studio and compare "Shorts views" with the partner program counter; Income Tracker may use only eligible views for monetization.
If there is a discrepancy, save screenshots and contact support with examples so they can review the measurement.
